How to end waiting Messaging Session(DE Messaging) in Salesforce

A user with below permissions enabled can have access to end the Messaging session.

1. End Messaging Session

  

To enable the permission Setup -> Permission sets --> LiveMessage Lightning --> App Permission -> Enable 'End Messaging Session' 

Once you have enabled the perm and assign the permission set to the users. So that they will have access to End the Session from Messaging Session list view.

    Yes we can, if the user have permissions mentioned in the post.
