Object Search:

 >> New feature introduced with winter 20 release to search objects
 >> Object search , currently we can search Knowledge Article
 >> Custom chat user should have Knowledge user enabled (Permissions required)

Agent availability:

 >> Previously if no agents available chat will be disconnecting
 >> With this new release we have introduced No Agents dialog
 >> If chat failed with no agents available instead of disconnecting it will redirect to 'No Agent' new dialog
 >> This feature is only available for the bots which was created in 222 release
 >> For older bots this new dialog will not be available
 >> They have to create new dialog manually

Salesforce start supporting third party NLP:

 >> We may need to create apex class to connect third party NLP
 >> Apex class is doing integration
 >> We are calling third party NLP for intents to read
 >> 4 secs timeout is set up , if third party is failed to respond in 4 secs we will not see any response
 >> After timeout bot will responds with confused message , you can post the same question to NLP

Custom ChatBot User search:

>> With summer 19 release we can only search first 500 users alphabetically and this seems an issue
>> With winter 20 release this got fixed
  
Supporting languages:

 >> Expectation is that starting from 224 bots will support other languages
