Service: AWSSecurityTokenV20111201 - After updating the Contact Center

Issue: Users could encounter the following error when attempting to access 'Telephony Provider Settings' or when logging into Omni channel.

Reason: Could be a mismatch in the IDP certificate.


Error: Response signature invalid (Service: AWSSecurityTokenV20111201; Status Code: 400; Error Code: InvalidIdentityToken; Request ID; Proxy: null). Please try again.


Resolution: This issue occurs when the Idp Certificate used in the Connected App is using the Expired Certificate or incorrect certificate. Create a new certificate/upload the right connected app certificate with the correct certificate to resolve the issue.
